Is it OK to drink espresso in the same amounts as regular bean coffee? I usually drink 1.5 cups a day. I know it’s highly caffeinated and I’ve heard of “shots” of espresso…that’s why I wondered.
That’s kind of what I thought…I’ll drink it sparingly…thanks!

what truly is the difference between a cappachino and a latte?

a latte is hot milk but with a dollop of foam.and cappachino is with steamed milk(froth) but why do baristas do latte art then cause the milk is suppose to be hot milk and not frothed and you need to froth milk in order to do latte art?im very confused can any of you explain this .obviously both is with espresso.
or do i have the hot milk and froth thing confused with each other?
yes i know the ratio.But what i want to know is why is the latte art if a latte is just suppose to be hot milk

i’ve used a cappuccino machine before so i know a cappuccino is an espresso with foamed milk and cinnamon, but how is a latte different?
