How can I get my coffee to taste like Starbuck's or a restaurant's brew?

Answered By Editor

The first thing you need to do is get a GOOD coffee maker. Not all coffee makers are alike. You should expect to spend at least $75, if not more, especially if you want an espresso. Be sure to get good quality whole beans and not pre-ground beans. This will help since the flavonoids are released immediately when ground. You want these to be as fresh as possible. Oh, and the longer you let coffee sit, the less desirable it becomes, so drink it fresh.
